ALLIANCE, Ohio (WHBC) – Alliance City Council Monday night could repeal the moratorium it put in place less than a year ago, making any medical marijuana operations in the city illegal.
They may also approve an ordinance addressing the licensing of medical marijuana facilities in the city.
Co-sponsor and council member Julie Jakmides says she’s not sure if they have the votes, but there is business interest in such facilities.
