A Houston man is charged with Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly before 1:00 p.m., Officer Andy Adams conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Highway 290 East.
The driver, 20-year old Matthew Hyunjoon Hwang of Houston was found with marijuana.
He was charged with Possession of Marijuana and taken to the Washington County Jail.
