Just after midnight on Dec. 26, thieves broke into the West Manor Wellness Center at 35 W. Manor Drive and stole several large containers of medical cannabis, police said.
The owner of the dispensary reported the theft to police on Jan. 9.
The city is in the first phase of licensing marijuana businesses. Ordinances adopted by the City Council require them to have site security plans. They also are required to report thefts to police.
