Brandon, MB (CKLQ) – Police arrested and charged a man, after he was allegedly caught with marijuana in his vehicle on Saturday morning.
A resident reported to police that they saw a passenger in a vehicle with a large bag of marijuana.
Neighbouring residents kept track of where the vehicle was going by following it around the North Hill area, until the police stopped it in the North End.
Police report they seized “a small amount of marijuana and a quantity of cash.”
A 20-year-old male was arrested and released, and must report to court August 17.
He will be facing charges of marijuana possession with intent to sell, and possession of the proceeds of crime.
