Police have confiscated more than 500 cannabis plants they say are worth more than 20-million dollars.
They raided a three-storey house in Sai Kung on Tuesday that was turned into an indoor marijuana farm.
Officers arrested two Vietnamese men.
Chief inspector Wesly Tse said they suspect the farm had been operating for half a year.
