Narcotic Strike Force busts Colorado marijuana

On July 13, 2017 the Uintah Basin Narcotic Strike Force, which is comprised of Officers from five agencies within the Uintah Basin, conducted a five hour interdiction operation on Highway 40 between Jensen and the Colorado border, utilizing police canines.

The operation resulted in multiple individuals being arrested.  During all of the arrests, marijuana and drug paraphernalia was confiscated.  Based on interviews conducted by Strike Force Agent’s during each of those arrests, it was determined that all the marijuana confiscated was purchased at dispensaries in Colorado.

The following individuals were arrested:

Evan Romaniak of Avon, Colorado-possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tonyna Breaux of Humble, Texas-possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tony Greaves of Ignacio, Colorado-possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana concentrate, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while under the influence.

Echo Reyos of Ft. Duchesne, Utah- driving on revocation, one outstanding arrest warrant.

Scott Cesspooch of Ft. Duchesne, Utah- possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, child endangerment.

The Uintah Basin Narcotic Strike Force is funded by the Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice.
