ROCK RAPIDS—The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department reported the arrest of Kyle Raymond Peterson, 29, Rock Rapids, on Friday, Oct. 20, stemming from a stop for a traffic violation.
Peterson was found to be in possession of a small bag of marijuana along with a glass pipe with burnt marijuana residue and a silver grinder located in a backpack.
