HULL—The Sioux County Sheriff’s Department reported the arrest Duane Earl Johnson, 45, and Janet Patricia Shelton, 58, both of Hull, about 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, stemming a report of a disturbance at a residence in Hull.
Upon investigation, deputies discovered illegal drugs at the residence at 702 First St.
Johnson was charged with third-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shelton was charged with possession of marijuana.
